If your rear sprocket looks like the one in the photo, its time for a new one. You really should replace the engine sprocket and drive chain at the same time for maximum performance and longevity. See the Engine Sprocket topic and the Drive Chain topic for more information.
Remove the rear wheel. See the Rear Wheel Removal topic for more information.
Loosen the six rear sprocket nuts and bolts using a 12 mm socket. Remove the bolts and washers and lift the sprocket off of the wheel.
Install the rear wheel. See the Rear Wheel topic for more information.
Adjust the drive chain. See the Chain Adjustment topic for more information.
